The backbone of industrial machinery, press lines, and robotic gantry systems is a rigid welded chassis. At OSEL Makine, located in KOBI OSB (Dilovasi / Kocaeli, Turkey), we combine certified welding, in-house stress-relieving annealing, and post-weld CNC machining under one roof.
Capabilities:
- Structural steel fabrication up to 40 tons per unit.
- MIG/MAG and Submerged Arc Welding by EN ISO certified personnel.
- Stress relief thermal annealing prior to CNC machining to eliminate distortion.
- Sa 2.5 sandblasting, epoxy primer, and polyurethane top-coat painting.
- Post-weld precision surface milling on our 3,500 mm CNC bed for linear guide rails.
