Contract CNC machining on 10 CNC machines: 3,500 × 1,500 mm bridge-type machining center, Ø900 mm CNC vertical lathes; single parts to series.
OSEL Makine provides contract CNC machining with 10 CNC machines at its facility in Dilovası KOBİ OSB, Kocaeli. The largest machine is a 3,500 × 1,500 mm bridge-type CNC machining center that machines machine frames, mould plates and long housings in a single setup. Three machining centers with 1,500–1,600 mm travel handle medium and large housings, and three with 1,050 mm travel run series parts in parallel. For turning, the shop has two Ø900 mm CNC vertical lathes and one CNC horizontal lathe with a 10-inch chuck, used for flanges, rail wheels, hubs, large discs, shafts and bushings. When a part comes from welded fabrication, welding, stress relieving and machining are planned in the same facility. The part is not moved to another shop, so reference faces are preserved and post-machining distortion is reduced. A 40-ton overhead crane handles heavy parts. Send the drawing (STEP, DWG or PDF) and we quote by material, quantity and lead time. Critical dimensions are checked in-house; on request, parts are measured by CMM at a partner metrology lab and the report ships with the delivery.
